It all started in 2002 when Billy Wayne Barnhart, aka “Dolla Bill,” had a lightbulb moment. He saw the need for proactive IT services that prevent small issues from becoming big problems. At that time, many IT companies were still stuck in an endless break/fix cycle with their clients, reacting to big problems as they occurred, resulting in unplanned, unnecessary downtime and revenue loss.
With the leap to a managed IT services model, the results were happy, loyal clients with a more productive workforce.
