One coordinated environment

The systems are already connected. The planning should be too.

Technology problems rarely stay in one lane. Cameras rely on cabling and networks. Doors may connect to video and identity. Employees need accounts, devices, access and support. Planning those dependencies together reduces handoffs, surprises and finger-pointing.

Commercial technology services

Choose one service—or coordinate the whole environment

Every engagement should have a clear scope. When a project crosses service lines, the surrounding dependencies can be addressed before they become someone else's problem.

Primary service

Managed IT that keeps work moving

Use Echelon as an outsourced IT team or add capable support around your internal staff. We help manage users, devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networks and daily support—remotely and onsite.

  • Help desk and onsite support
  • Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune
  • Google Workspace administration
  • Network design and management
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • AI implementation and process automation

Physical security

See what happened. Control who gets in.

Commercial cameras and access control can be designed separately or together. Review relevant activity, manage credentials and coordinate important entrances, doors and gates.

  • Remote live view and recorded playback
  • People, vehicle and event-based search
  • Cards, phones, PINs and compatible biometric entry
  • Optional video linked to access events

Infrastructure

Structured Cabling

Build a labeled, documented foundation for computers, phones, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control and future changes.

Risk and recovery

Cybersecurity

Reduce risk across identities, email, devices, applications and data, then prepare to respond and recover when something still goes wrong.

Communication and presentation

Business Audio Visual

Design conference rooms, displays, video walls, signage and distributed audio around the people expected to use them.

Designed around the operation

Technology should fit the way your organization works

Industry affects how people work, what must stay available and where the greatest risks appear. We begin with those realities—not a one-size-fits-all package.

Professional Services

Reliable collaboration, secure client information, consistent account access and responsive support for law, accounting, insurance, financial and consulting teams.

Healthcare Practices

Support staff and devices, reduce security risk and coordinate cameras or controlled entrances for medical, dental and other professional practices.

Construction & Field Service

Manage mobile employees, cloud collaboration, devices, offices, job-site connectivity and technology for expanding or changing locations.

Manufacturing & Warehousing

Plan networks, cabling, cameras, access and support around operational uptime, coverage areas, facilities and controlled entry points.

Property & Multi-Location Operations

Standardize users, networks, cameras, credentials and support across commercial properties, offices, retail locations and growing organizations.

Authority through execution

Good technology work continues behind the finished surface

The visible device is only one part of the result. A dependable system also needs the right pathways, power, network, configuration, documentation and handoff. Echelon can coordinate those surrounding pieces instead of stopping at the product mounted on the wall.

01

Common questions

Before you contact a technology provider

Do we need to know exactly which service we need?

No. Describe the problem, project or outcome in ordinary language. Echelon can help identify the appropriate starting point and whether the work crosses more than one service area.

Can Echelon become our outsourced IT department?

Yes. Managed IT can support organizations without internal IT staff or add capacity around an existing employee or department. The plan should define the users, devices, locations, systems and responsibilities covered.

Is 24/7 support available?

Optional 24/7 coverage can be built into a customized support agreement for organizations that require continuous access to assistance. It is not included by default in every service plan, so availability, response expectations and pricing are defined in the agreement.

Where does Echelon provide service?

Echelon provides onsite commercial technology service across Arizona based on project requirements, remote IT support where appropriate and cybersecurity services to businesses nationwide. Availability is confirmed for the specific location and scope.

Can one project include cabling, cameras, access control and networking?

Yes. These systems often share building, cabling, network and support considerations. Coordinating them can make device placement, pathways, switching, remote management, documentation and responsibility clearer.
